We’re growing our Miami team and looking for an ambitious, competitive and commercially minded Associate Recruitment Consultant who wants to build a long-term career in recruitment.

You don’t need years of recruitment experience. We’re looking for people with the right attitude, drive and desire to succeed
.

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of both the candidate and client side of recruitment
.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building and managing relationships with candidates and clients
• Identifying and qualifying top technology talent
• Developing new business and generating opportunities
• Speaking with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Building your own network and developing a specialist market
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Learning from experienced managers and top billers around you

This is a sales-focused recruitment role
. You’ll be expected to pick up the phone, have commercial conversations, build relationships and be comfortable going after new business.

You’ll ideally have 1-3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, business development or another target-driven environment
.
