Position: Human Resources (HR) Recruiter
Description

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Recruiter to join the HR team of a well-established nonprofit organization. This role will support recruiting efforts across administrative, corporate, and retail positions and will work closely with hiring managers to identify and attract qualified talent. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a mission-driven nonprofit environment while managing a variety of recruiting and HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage full-cycle recruiting for administrative, corporate, and retail positions.

+ Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.

+ Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.

+ Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process.

+ Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.

+ Assist with onboarding and other HR-related responsibilities as needed.

+ Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through hire.

+ Support additional recruiting and HR projects as assigned.

Requirements

+ Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience required.

+ Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

+ Experience recruiting in a retail environment preferred.

+ Experience recruiting for administrative and corporate positions preferred.

+ ATF experience required.

+ Paycom experience is a plus, particularly experience with its applicant tracking system.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Candidates with a broader HR background may also be considered if they have hands-on recruiting experience.
