opportunity

You’ll lead Service Now Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It’s a client‑visible role, giving you opportunities to showcase your ability to motivate and develop your team while establishing and maintaining new client relationships. In this role, you will identify and define user/customer requirements, focusing on developing user interfaces (UI) across various platforms such as mobile, web, and tablets. You will be responsible for creating software components and services that interact seamlessly with upstream and downstream components, ensuring that business requirements are met through effective coding and programming.

Your

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs.
  • Designing and developing user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
  • Writing clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.

Regular travel may be required to meet with clients, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders.

Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a Service Now ITOM/CMDB project and solution delivery including design, configuration/development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
  • Provide guidance and industry leading practice expertise for Service Now ITOM/CMDB process implementations, including how specific business objectives can be met through process and technology transformation.
  • Analyze a company’s people, process, and technology capabilities, provide leading practice recommendations and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps.
  • Advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes.
  • Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process subject matter experts.
  • Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk and issue logs.
  • Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
  • Typically, no less than 2–4 years of relevant Service Now ITOM/CMDB project experience.
  • Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Minimum of 2 of the following Service Now certifications:
    • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations
    • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
    • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Event Management
    • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping
  • 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
  • Excellent soft skills – communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
  • Experience leading teams and supervising others.
  • A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
