Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Miami, Florida. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week, and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores, and retail outlets.

• Design and Implement Data Models:
  Develop and implement scalable, flexible, and efficient data models that support the business needs of the produce distribution organization. Ensure that data is structured to support key business processes, such as inventory management, order tracking, and logistics.
• Data Governance:
  Knowledge of sensitive data policies and experience with Microsoft Purview/Fabric admin
• Create Data Integration Strategies:
  Design and oversee the integration of data from various sources, such as ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and third-party vendor data. Ensure seamless data flow across these systems to support real-time insights and decision-making.
• Microsoft Fabric tools:
  Familiar with Lakehouse, Warehouse, One Lake; uses Direct Lake, Delta y Notebooks
• ETL/ Data Integration:
  Skilled with Dataflows, Power Query (M). Experience with ETL/ELT in Fabric or Azure Data Factory
• Ensure Data Quality and Consistency:
  Establish data quality standards and procedures to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable data across all platforms. Implement data validation, cleaning, and transformation processes to maintain the integrity of critical business data, such as inventory levels, customer orders, and product details.
• Develop Data Warehousing Solutions:
  Design and manage data warehousing solutions to aggregate data from multiple operational systems into a central repository. Ensure that the data warehouse is optimized for reporting and analytics, providing decision-makers with up-to-date, accurate data on business performance.
• Implement Data Security and Compliance Measures:
  Define and enforce data security policies to protect sensitive business and customer data, particularly in compliance with industry regulations (DPR, HIPAA). Implement encryption, access control, and auditing mechanisms to safeguard data at rest and in transit.
• Optimize Data Access for Reporting and Analytics:
  Ensure that data is readily accessible for analytics, business intelligence (BI), and reporting tools. Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to create optimized data structures that enable quick, accurate reporting on key performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and supplier performance.
• Create Data Governance Frameworks:
  Develop and maintain data governance frameworks that define roles, responsibilities, and policies for data management within the organization. Establish clear guidelines for data ownership, data stewardship, and data lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements
• Collaborate with IT, Development, and Business Teams:
  Work closely with IT infrastructure teams, software developers, business analysts, and department heads (e.g., sales, logistics, inventory) to align data architecture with organizational goals and business requirements. Provide technical expertise and guidance on data-related initiatives and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
