** Blackstone is the world’s largest alternative asset manager. We seek to create positive economic impact and long-term value for our investors, the companies we invest in, and the communities in which we work. Blackstone’s Future  Innovators Program is an immersive one-day experience in our Miami office that provides participants with exposure to the technology sector through interactive information seminars, networking, and skill-building sessions.

Program participants will meet and interact with technology and recruiting professionals, as well as members from our Employee Resource Groups, to give an overview of our businesses and company culture. Participants will also learn more about Blackstone’s Technology and Innovations Summer Analyst program opportunities.

Blackstone’s Future Innovators Program is open to current undergraduate sophomores (anticipated to be graduating in Fall 2027 – Spring 2028) who are interested in exploring a technology career in the financial industry.

Please note that this is an informative event focused on providing participants with exposure to the technology sector. Participation in the Program does not guarantee an interview or employment. Participation in the program is voluntary and does not establish an employment relationship of any kind.

** To be considered for the 2026 Future Innovators Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Anticipated graduation date:
Fall 2027 – Spring 2028
* Available to attend the full program in Miami on Friday, March 27, 2026 (10AM-5PM).
