IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
Responsibilities
- Technical Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for Censitrac implementation, including planning, scheduling, and execution
- Collaborate with clinical teams, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless integration with existing workflows
- Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and resources
- Conduct workflow analysis and recommend process improvements for surgical instrument tracking
- Ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide technical guidance and resolve issues during deployment and post-go-live support
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in healthcare technology projects
- Hands-on experience with Censitrac system implementation and integration
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring surgical instrument tracking solutions
- Experience with system interfaces, data migration, and troubleshooting during deployment
- Strong understanding of surgical instrument tracking workflows
- Understanding of sterile processing, surgical instrument lifecycle, and hospital compliance standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex technical projects on time and within budget
- Ability to work onsite and coordinate across multiple hospital locations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
This job offers comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
