Job Description
** Summary
* * As a Session Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of live legal proceedings through Prevail’s platform. Think of it as an “air traffic control” environment—our team dispatches and manages over 150+ live remote sessions per day, coordinating attorneys, session managers (court reporters), witnesses, and support staff during peak hours. The work is intense, fast-paced, and requires sharp attention to detail.
We are looking for disciplined professionals who can manage complex logistics and make high-level coordination look effortless.
** Responsibilities
* ** Act as a dispatcher for live legal sessions, coordinating schedules and managing real-time changes.
* Monitor and manage multiple active sessions simultaneously during peak hours.
* Serve as the primary support contact for attorneys, court reporters, and witnesses needing real-time technical or logistical assistance.
* Troubleshoot connectivity, access, or platform issues promptly to avoid disruption.
* Maintain accurate logs of sessions, escalations, and resolutions.
* Collaborate with session managers and operations leadership to ensure client satisfaction.
* Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance standards across all sessions.
* Contribute to process improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting solutions.
** Qualifications :
*** Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and client-focused.
* Ability to multi-task under pressure and manage several live sessions simultaneously.
* Technical aptitude with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and CRM/ticketing tools.
* Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot quickly in high-pressure scenarios.
* High attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Team player with ability to collaborate across operations, client services, and reporting staff.
* Experience in legal services, customer support, or high-volume coordination roles preferred.
* Familiarity with court reporting, digital transcription, or legal proceedings a plus.
* Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish is helpful to better serve our client base.
