Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 6 months
Role SummarySeeking an experienced Mac Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for macOS devices in a corporate environment. This role requires strong hands-on expertise with Apple hardware, macOS troubleshooting, and end-user support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide onsite Level 1–2 support for macOS devices, applications, and peripherals
- Install, configure, troubleshoot Mac Books, iMacs, and macOS
- Resolve hardware, software, application, and network-related issues
- Support Apple services (Apple , iCloud, File Vault, Time Machine)
- Perform macOS upgrades, security patching, and software deployments
- Provision and decommission Mac devices for onboarding/offboarding
- Coordinate vendor repairs and replacements
- Document incidents and resolutions in a ticketing system
- Deliver excellent end-user support and customer service
- 3–5 years of enterprise macOS support experience
- Strong macOS troubleshooting and Apple hardware diagnostics
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with ticketing systems (Fresh service or similar)
- Knowledge of Mac security best practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
- Experience with MDM tools (JAMF preferred)
- Apple certification (ACSP or similar)
- Basic scripting (Bash)
- ITIL knowledge or structured IT environment experience
