Description
We are looking for a Developer I to join our development team to support and improve our CRM, ERP, reporting, and other related systems. You will analyze system requirements and provide scalable solutions, ensuring high levels of performance and security. Ultimately, you should be able to understand our internal and external clients’ needs and lead the effort to translate the requirements into new high-quality applications.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure cohesion between existing applications and enhancement requests.
- Analyze, design, code, test, document, implement and maintain application changes.
- Provide technical support to system users to help ensure effectiveness of information technology systems in enabling Centella to conduct day-to-day businesses. The support includes answering user questions, interpreting system functionalities, completing data requests, making emergency fixes, and performing other critical support functions.
- Consult with application team leads/users to identify current operating procedures/standards and clarify functionality objectives.
- Assure that data integrity is maintained in MS Dynamics 365 and MSSQL Databases.
- Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations/Field Services to meet business requirements.
- Assist with special projects.
- Perform Help Desk duties for Centella applications and related inquiries.

Qualifications
- Associate degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and 1-2 years of experience in the field.
- Experience in object-oriented programming, API programming, or database management is highly desired.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations/Field Service) is highly preferred.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and other Microsoft Office products a plus.
- Experience working with or knowledge of creating custom solutions for APIs.
- Knowledge of customizing ERP solutions, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Knowledge of MSSQL database structure and administration.
- Experience in customer support-related work is required.
