Content Strategist / UX Writer

• Rate: 40-45HR
• Location:
  Miami FL (Hybrid – Onsite – Tuesday to Thursday)
• 6-12 month contract + extensions

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
  
  They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Must-haves:

• 7-10+ years of UX content design work that focuses on complex software products or digital experiences.
• Collaborate in tools such as Slack, Figma, Lucidchart, Jira, and virtual whiteboarding programs (Fig Jam, Lucid, Mural, etc.)
• Empathy/content/feature mapping and other discovery/sprint planning exercises in partnership with UX design and research
• 3+ years of experience with Figma and UX Content
• A portfolio of relevant UX content work

This highly collaborative role partners closely with cross-functional team members to create user-centered experiences. As a Content Strategist, your passion is to simplify complex nuances into simple language, providing an elegant and human-centered solution. You will create UX content design solutions that result in successful, engaging, accessible products, voice, and digital experiences.
