We are looking for your talent to work as:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team supporting a customer in the banking sector. You will play a key role in safeguarding critical banking infrastructure, supporting digital transformation, and driving the adoption of new security technologies. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with multi-vendor environments (Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco), and a passion for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage security solutions for enterprise sector clients, lead incident response, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The role will have a direct involvement with new technology adoption and migration of legacy security infrastructure.

• Architect, deploy, and manage security solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents using SOC tools and methodologies.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and remediation.
• Lead or participate in security audits and compliance assessments.
• Support migration and integration of legacy security systems to modern platforms
• Integrate security controls into network, endpoint, and cloud infrastructures.
• Collaborate with IT, Dev Ops, and business teams to align security with operational needs.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Participate in threat intelligence sharing and analysis.
• Deliver security awareness training and technical guidance to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and compliance requirements.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles (SOC, security engineering, consulting).
• Required Certifications (one or more preferred):
• Desirable Certification but not a must
• Fortinet: NSE4, NSE5, NSE7
• Cisco: CCNA Security, CCNA Exploration
• Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security.
• Experience with SOC operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Security architecture and project management experience.
• Familiarity with security provisioning for large enterprises and public sector.
• Experience with security automation and scripting (Python, Power Shell, Bash).
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Big Data Analytics experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
