Responsibilities
  • Lead test services delivery and leadership for applications and projects.
  • Assist with designing test plans, identifying test facility requirements, scheduling and executing tests, and drafting test evaluation criteria and final test reports.
  • Collaborate with application development, architecture, infrastructure and engineering groups for performance testing and application analysis initiatives to define success criteria and evaluation methodologies.
  • Perform end-to-end project performance testing including requirements gathering, test planning, scripting, execution and analysis.
  • Create and test cases based on provided requirements.
  • Prepare test setups and execute test cases based on analysis of system enhancements.
  • Conduct regression testing with every new build.
  • Create and log defects; report defects and track resolutions.
  • Identify operational implications of enhancements.
  • Research and resolve production support cases and interact with development on questions and issues.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (required).
  • 0+ years of experience with test strategies, test plans, and test cases; experience writing SQLs to query backend during test execution; expertise in testing web-based applications and web services with minimal to no user interface.
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies and concepts.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with application lifecycle management tools such as HP ALM and JIRA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong teamwork and independence.
  • Fair knowledge of different phases of the test lifecycle and ability to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Basic understanding of mobile development languages (Java, Objective-C, Swift, C#).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; self-starter and quick learner of new technology.

What Else You Need To Know

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

  • Base Pay Range: Minimum: 44,250.00 USD;
    Maximum: 86,000.00 USD
