Job SummaryWe are seeking a Junior IT Systems Administrator to contribute to our ongoing expansion. Key responsibilities include addressing IT Helpdesk and Yardi service requests, administering our M365 environment, performing hardware and software upgrades, resolving system errors, and supporting the deployment of new IT technologies. Yardi system administration experience is required, including system maintenance and support. The ideal candidate can manage both corporate office needs and remote assistance for off-site locations.
Some travel may be required to visit off-site field offices.
- Handle IT and Yardi Helpdesk requests and resolve user issues
- Set up and train new users on hardware (laptops, docking stations, desk phones, headsets, screens)
- Monitor LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi to ensure connectivity
- Support new hardware/software rollouts
- Work closely with the Yardi Account Team
- Design, test, and implement Yardi modules and system updates
- Manage user access and permissions across platforms (Yardi, M365, Verkada, etc.)
- Skilled with M365, SharePoint, remote management tools, and Ubiquiti network devices
- High school degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field preferred
- Three years of IT support experience with strong analytical and problem-solving
- Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, hardware, and upgrades
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and works well both independently and as part of a team; able to learn effectively and meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solutions; must have a can-do attitude and proven follow-through skills.
