The OpportunityWe are seeking an AI & Automation Program Manager to turn smart ideas into real-world results, while partnering with teams across the organization to identify opportunities, design automated solutions, and deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities Strategic + Business Impact- Partner with leaders across Project Management, BIM/VDC, Estimating, Field Operations, and Human Resources to drive AI implementation processes.
- Design and own the AI & Automation Roadmap, prioritizing initiatives with real ROI using robotics and AI based real world field analytics tools.
- Present solutions, align stakeholders, and track success through productivity and cost-benefit metrics.
- Build and deploy automations to streamline workflows, enhance customer service, and simplify business processes complexity to include, but not limited to
- Project/Scheduling optimization
- Gamification of field work and performance
- KPI consolidation and real-time dashboards
- Equipment tracking and organization
- Integrate and drive AI implementation into existing processes within the organization, including but not limited to estimating, schedule analysis, and BIM/VDC.
- Pilot, train, and scale successful solutions while maintaining governance, data privacy, and security.
- Serve as an internal AI champion, educating teams on best practices.
- Monitor emerging technologies and introduce innovations that benefit field and office teams.
- Experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong ability to bridge business operations and technical solutions.
- Proven project ownership and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution approach.
- Strong proficiency with automation tools and LLM-based AI platforms.
- Clear communicator comfortable working with both field teams and executives.
- Construction, mechanical, or HVAC workflow exposure is a plus.
- Office-based role with standard physical requirements.
- Occasional regional travel to project sites during onboarding or implementation.
- Mileage and travel expenses covered per company policy.
