Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale modernization initiative within a complex enterprise environment. This role will play a key part in the implementation of a major enterprise application, working closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and a third-party solution provider throughout the full project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in enterprise software implementations, business process analysis, stakeholder collaboration, testing coordination, and data migration activities.

• Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business users and technical teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to define project scope, business objectives, requirements, and technical deliverables.
• Conduct comprehensive business process analysis, including documenting current and future state processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Support the full software implementation lifecycle, including requirements, design, development coordination, testing, training, deployment, and post-production support.
• Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for multiple testing phases, including supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist end users during testing and ensure validation of business requirements.
• Create training materials and user documentation to support end-user adoption.
• Support data migration efforts, including source-to-target mapping, transformation logic documentation, and validation of migrated data across systems.
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis

• 5+ years of experience working on complex IT software projects within large organizations.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end software implementations from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Demonstrated experience working in large, cross-functional enterprise environments.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise application implementations involving vendor solutions.
• Experience with data migration and system validation activities.

• Must currently reside in South Florida
