A Lead Data Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for driving data driven decision making throughout Lennar. This role involves setting the strategic direction for data analysis activities and ensuring that business goals are aligned with technical solutions.

Role Overview
  • Oversees multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Highly technical with extensive experience with SQL and Tableau.
  • Acts as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Your Responsibilities on the Team
  • Lead and manage large-scale and high-impact data analytics projects.
  • Lead the design, testing, creation, and roll out of new dashboards, reports, and advanced data tools.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Ensure alignment of projects with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations for business improvements based on self‑generated insights.
Requirements
  • Must have advanced SQL skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree beneficial).
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing complex and or large‑scale projects and initiatives.
  • Confident with learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Experience with a data transformation tool such as dbt.
  • Advanced experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
