What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, permissions, and workflows
  • Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third-party integrations
  • Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end-users
  • Conduct regular data audits and cleanup activities to ensure database integrity
  • Establish and maintain data entry standards and deduplication processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 5‑7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid‑to‑large organization
  • Salesforce Certified with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its functionalities
  • Proven ownership of a Salesforce production environment with experience in end‑to‑end enhancements
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience supporting multiple clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Development concepts and Apex
  • Familiarity with the Quote‑to‑Cash process within a sales organization, particularly with Salesforce’s CPQ solution
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in an agile environment
  • Outstanding communication skills for effectively engaging with users at all organizational levels
