Director ERP Systems and Integrations

Our client is the first consumer packaged water brand that utilizes air-to-water technology to create clean, sustainable water from humidity in the air. A1R water is seeking a results-oriented Director of ERP Systems and Integrations. This role is both strategic and hands-on, serving as a business partner to finance, operations, accounting, and production. The Director will lead ERP innovation, integration, and data analytics initiatives to support our rapid scaling and public company ambitions.

Reporting to the Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO), this position is based in South Florida with periodic office presence required.

• Act as a trusted advisor to finance, operations, accounting, and production leaders in the organization
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutions
• Lead cross-functional workshops to map and optimize end-to-end business processes internally and with vendors

• Oversee ERP platform strategy, configuration, and continuous improvement
• Ensure ERP workflows support multi-entity, multi-site, and multi-currency operations
• Ensure implementations follow a data-first approach that enables KPI tracking and measurement

• Create strategic foundation and roadmaps for integration with various 3rd party software, which includes but is not limited to WMS, CRM, EDI systems, MES, financial systems, etc.
• Create and implement strategies for integrations ( API-first, iPaaS, and middleware )
• Drive real-time data flow, automation, and process orchestration across the value chain
• Develop and implement advanced analytics, dashboards, and BI tools for decision support
• Enable innovation through data and AI

• Ensure ERP systems meet SOX, audit, and regulatory requirements for public companies
• Implement robust data governance, access controls, and audit trails
• Stay current with ERP, integration, and analytics trends (AI/ML, cloud, streaming analytics)
• Lead change management, user adoption, and innovation initiatives

• Manage SI vendor relationships, contracts, and timelines

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, with 2+ years in a director or senior leadership role
• Deep expertise in ERP workflows and processes (finance, ops, accounting, production) in CPG or manufacturing
• Proven track record of hands‑on, full‑cycle ERP configuration, integration, and data analysis
• Experience with major ERP platforms (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong project management, change leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, startup environment and scale systems for IPO/public company needs
• Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and business audiences

• Microsoft Dynamics F&O experience
• Direct experience in the Consumer‑Packaged Goods (CPG) sector
• Cloud ERP migration, hybrid architectures, and API‑first integration strategies
• Leading AI/ML, RPA, or advanced analytics initiatives in an ERP context
• IPO or public company technology leadership
