After gaining strong traction in Latin America and Europe with over 100 enterprise customers worldwide, we’re now focused on expanding our footprint across the United States

We’re looking for a high-performing BDR to take the lead in our U.S. go-to-market efforts. You’ll be the first point of contact for large U.S.
-based enterprises using SAP, helping introduce the Mignow story and building pipeline with top-tier accounts.

🕐 Type: Full-time
💜 What You ll Do:
- Research, identify, and engage key stakeholders in SAP-powered enterprises across the United States
. - Execute high-quality, personalized outbound campaigns (email, phone, Linked In, video) to generate qualified meetings.
- Lead top-of-funnel efforts, developing relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, and SAP CoEs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine ICP definitions, messaging, and campaign performance.
- Manage pipeline activities in Hub Spot and maintain up-to-date, accurate CRM records.
- Leverage tools like Apollo, Linked In Sales Navigator, Notion, and Slack to increase productivity and precision.
✅ You Have:
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound BDR/SDR roles, preferably targeting enterprise accounts in the U.S. market
. - Full fluency in English (native or near-native).
- Proven ability to write persuasive, well-structured outbound messages.
- Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems, IT transformation, or complex B2B SaaS sales is a strong plus.
- High drive, focus, and accountability for results.
- Based in Miami with availability to work on-site 4 days per week.
