- Design and install the equipment used in transmitting broadband data over in-building networks
- Work with coax, twisted pair copper or fiber optic cabling and complex networks as well as switching equipment
- Coordinate installation of new in-building networks or equipment
- Evaluate multi-tenant (residence and business) buildings to determine compatibility with different networks and systems
- Manage large build projects involving broadband services, and ensure timely planning and implementation
- Produce technical documentation to determine build feasibility for candidate properties for broadband services
- Provide general ad-hoc operational support for local field engineering and sales teams
- General knowledge & experience with the design and install of in-building network architectures
- General work area hazard identification & prevention
- Knowledge & experience with CATV provider termination points (e.g., terminals, pedestals)
- Knowledge & experience with Google Suite and other computer and mobility-based applications
- Frontline experience with working with customer/clients
- Must have a four-year college degree or equivalent field experience
