IT Support, Systems Administrator
We are seeking a hands‑on Level II IT Support Specialist to support a growing professional office environment of approximately 40–50 users. This individual will serve as the primary day‑to‑day IT resource, providing technical support, creating structure where needed, and ensuring a reliable and secure technology environment.
This role requires someone comfortable operating independently in a Google Workspace environment while supporting both standard business users and project teams utilizing specialized software such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities- Provide onsite technical support for approximately 42 users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and connectivity issues
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding (account setup, permissions, device provisioning)
- Administer Google Workspace (user management, security settings, groups, policies)
- Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
- Support Office applications, Adobe, Zoom, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD
- Troubleshoot basic networking equipment (firewalls, switches, WiFi access points)
- Coordinate with third‑party vendors (internet provider, copier vendor, software vendors)
- Create IT documentation, asset inventory, and process improvements
- Ensure basic security best practices are followed (MFA, endpoint protection, patching)
- Respond to and resolve support requests in a timely and professional manner
- 3–5+ years of IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and/or macOS
- Familiarity with Bluebeam and/or AutoCAD support preferred
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, WiFi, firewalls, switches)
- Experience with user administration and device management
- Strong communication skills and ability to support non‑technical users
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations
- Experience as the primary IT contact in a small‑to‑mid‑size office
- Experience working with MSPs or external IT vendors
Salary range: $65,000 – $80,000 annually (DOE)
Onsite role in Brickell, Miami. This position requires hands‑on support within the office environment and direct interaction with staff.
