Position Overview:
The IT Service Desk Specialist provides support to companies in the Network and end-users who experience technical issues relating to IT equipment and applications.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
● Assess technical problems presented by users and determine the best course of action to provide timely and appropriate support.
● Provide technical service to systems hardware, software, operating systems, applications, and networks to ensure optimal performance.
● Maintain IT documentation, including network and user details, to ensure consistency of information and solve recurring problems.
Qualifications:
Education
● Associate's or currently enrolled to obtain a Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in Information Technology.
● Currently enrolled to obtain IT certifications.
