Bio Talent are partnered with a growing CDMO to search for a Project Manager to join the team in South Florida. This role will be the primary liaison between the company and its clients.

You will be responsible for seamless communication and execution of project deliverables as well as, managing timelines, budgets, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for client communications and project updates.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and billing schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of project milestones.
• Draft and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) and manage project documentation.
• Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
• Support financial tracking including WIP reports and billing point forms.
• Collaborate with QA/QC to align testing schedules and ensure timely results.
• Contribute to forecasting and sales projections through CRM tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline required.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. CDMO experience would be highly desirable.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and CRM systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
