Overview:

Seeking an experienced IAM Senior Analyst with deep expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), specifically with Cyber Ark technologies. The role focuses on supporting IAM operations and securing access controls across the organization’s infrastructure, with responsibilities that include deployment, support, and maturity of Cyber Ark and IAM solutions globally.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with Cyber Ark components: PVWA (Password Vault Web Access), CP (Credential Provider), PSN (Privileged Session Manager)
• Experience implementing Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM)
• Proficient in Power Shell scripting or Java
• Deep knowledge in Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Experience with Cyber Ark deployment and issue resolution

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support Cyber Ark PAM systems, policies, and access controls
• Troubleshoot and automate IAM systems, handle Level III and IV incidents
• Onboard accounts and assist users and admins with Cyber Ark issues
• Perform regular audits to ensure IAM tools and controls are effective
• Work collaboratively with global IT teams to implement IAM standards and solutions
• Promote user adoption of IAM tools through education and support
• Document operational processes and ensure compliance with access standards
• Be part of a 3-person core team
• Report to a supervisor based in Seattle
• Collaborate with a Sr. Director of IAM and 17 IAM contractors, plus ~20 additional contractors supporting other products

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (formal education not required)
• At least 10 years of experience in information security, including 5+ years of high-level Cyber Ark experience
• Proven track record in deploying and supporting Cyber Ark solutions
