Dr. B Dental Solutions is a fast-growing consumer health and oral care company focused on denture wearers and other dental appliance users. We sell through Shopify, Amazon, and professional dental channels, and we are building a modern brand in a large, underserved category. The company was founded by Dr. Lorin Berland and is scaling across marketing, operations, and growth initiatives.

    Dr. B Dental Solutions is seeking a paid intern or part-time team member to support digital advertising across Meta, Tik Tok, Google, and Amazon. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants direct experience managing performance marketing inside an e-commerce growth company.

    You will help with campaign setup, reporting, creative testing, audience research, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical.

    Responsibilities
    • Assist with setup and management of paid campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, Google, and Amazon
    • Monitor campaign performance and help prepare weekly reports
    • Support ad creative testing, copy variations, and landing page alignment
    • Help identify opportunities to improve CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, and customer acquisition efficiency
    • Research competitors, audiences, and ad trends
    • Organize creative assets and ad naming conventions
    • Support reporting dashboards and paid media performance summaries
    Ideal Candidate
    • Strong interest in paid media, e-commerce, and digital growth
    • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads, or Amazon Ads is a plus
    • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and interpreting performance data
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
    • Curious, proactive, and willing to test and learn quickly
