Seeking a highly analytical, systems-driven Marketing Operations & Revenue Operations Specialist to own the GTM infrastructure. This role is primarily Revenue Operations with deep Marketing support, focusing on Salesforce, attribution, funnel reporting, and operational workflows. You will be attributing lead flow, ensuring every touchpoint is tracked and visible across GTM teams. This mission‑critical role builds the operational foundation for scalable revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaboration:
Work closely with Rev Ops, Marketing, Creative, and Leadership on reporting, data strategy, and alignment.
This role requires strategic ownership, not just execution. Convert high-level direction into actionable systems. Proactively identify gaps, recommend improvements based on data, and build new processes from scratch.
Qualifications- 2–3+ years in Rev Ops, Marketing Ops, or related technical roles.
- Strong hands‑on Salesforce experience (required).
- Experience with tracking/attribution tools (Hyros a major plus).
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Ability to build dashboards, workflows, and lifecycle automation.
- Comfort with APIs, integrations, and strong analytical/Excel skills.
