Position Summary: The Manager, Enterprise Security Architecture, requires extensive knowledge of security architecture principles, including cloud and network security, data security, and governance & compliance. The role involves collaborating across teams, overseeing security architecture, and ensuring adherence to security standards and frameworks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement security architecture aligning with business and regulatory requirements.
• Lead security initiatives across cloud, network, and data security domains.
• Guide secure software development and ensure security best practices across application layers.
• Ensure compliance with frameworks like GDPR, PCI-DSS, NIST, IMO, and ISO 27001.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and monitor security threats.
• Collaborate with various departments to embed security into operations.
• Stay updated on emerging security technologies and strategies.
• Communicate security decisions and strategies effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant fields.
• 10+ years in information security, with 5+ in security architecture leadership.
• Proficiency in security frameworks, cloud platforms, and maritime IT environments.
• Certifications like CISSP or CCSP preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
