This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll lead analytics initiatives end‑to‑end—without people‑management responsibilities. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and client teams to design data systems, uncover insights, and guide strategic decisions.

• Lead data analytics projects across internal and client accounts from concept to delivery
• Mentor team members and guide team project efforts
• Act as a strategic thought partner on data infrastructure and analytics best practices
• Architect and optimize data pipelines, models, and warehouse structures
• Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives and make recommendations that tie the data stories and business goals together
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems (Power
  
  BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Partner with marketing teams to measure campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
• Design scalable ETL structures using tools like Hightouch, Clay, and Segment
• Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity across all systems and projects
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering and client stakeholders

• Strong experience (7+ years) in data architecture, modeling, and warehousing(both building and leveraging systems) in a Tech, SaaS, or Growth Marketing environment
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven data pipelines and modern data stack architecture
• Advanced proficiency in:

    BI, Tableau, Looker
  • PostgreSQL
  • Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Experience with ETL toolssuch as Hightouch, Clay, Segment
