We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Reporting & Analytics Manager to join the Global, Digital Cybersecurity team. Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote, which means it does not require job duties to be performed within proximity of a Cohn Reznick office location.

However, as a remote employee you may be required to be present at a Cohn Reznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

The Manager of Reporting & Analytics leads a team of BI professionals responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI solutions that transform raw data into actionable business insights. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with people management, ensuring the team delivers high‑quality dashboards, reports, and data visualizations aligned with enterprise data strategy and governance standards.

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Power BI developers, including performance reviews, goal setting, and career development planning.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top BI talent; build a high‑performing development team.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative team culture and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Allocate resources and prioritize workload across multiple concurrent projects and business stakeholders.

• Oversee the end‑to‑end design, development, testing, and deployment of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Establish and enforce development standards, coding best practices, and reusable design patterns (e.g., DAX conventions, data model standards, naming conventions).
• Review and approve Power BI solutions for quality, performance, accuracy, and compliance with enterprise data governance policies.
• Drive performance optimization of Power BI reports, data models, and queries to ensure scalability and responsiveness.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, and subject‑matter experts to understand analytics and reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Power BI development team and business units, IT, project managers, and data governance teams.
• Present insights, dashboards, and analytics roadmaps to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
