Technical Expertise
- Proven hands‑on experience with Nokia 4G RAN hardware.
- eNodeB (Air Scale / Flexi BBU/RRU platforms)
- SFP modules and router connectivity.
- GNSS antenna installation and daisy‑chaining.
- Strong understanding of RAN‑to‑Core interfaces (S1, X2, IP/MPLS, O&M).
- Familiarity with fiber optics, cabling, grounding, and power requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with telecom equipment inventory systems (e.g., ERP, warehouse trackers).
- Ability to manage Nokia hardware allocation, stock levels, and serial number tracking.
- Experience coordinating with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
- Experience using Nokia Net Act, BTS Site Manager, or equivalent OSS tools.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently at remote sites and coordinate with multi‑vendor teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
