Job OverviewThe Research & AI Operations Associate role is designed to extend the effectiveness of a senior operator working across businesses, investments, and strategic initiatives. The focus is on high‑quality research, structured analysis, and building AI‑driven workflows that create leverage and speed. You will act as a force multiplier. Your output should reduce decision time, improve clarity, and uncover non‑obvious opportunities.
Research and Intelligence- Conduct deep research on industries, companies, markets, and technologies
- Synthesize large volumes of information into clear, decision‑ready insights
- Identify trends, risks, and asymmetric opportunities
- Build and maintain internal knowledge systems
- Structure ambiguous problems into clear frameworks
- Build simple models, comparisons, and scenario analyses
- Pressure‑test assumptions and surface second‑order effects
- Deliver concise briefs with clear recommendations
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents to automate recurring workflows
- Identify high‑leverage opportunities for automation across operations and investments
- Integrate tools (e.g., APIs, no‑code/low‑code platforms, LLM tools) into usable systems
- Continuously improve prompt design, workflows, and outputs
- Assist in executing strategic initiatives across multiple projects
- Track key priorities, deadlines, and follow‑ups
- Prepare materials for meetings, decisions, and external communication
- Act as a reliable second brain for ongoing work streams
- Organize research, notes, and outputs into structured, retrievable systems
- Maintain clean documentation of processes and insights
- Ensure continuity and institutional memory
- Strong structured thinking
- Ability to break down complex topics quickly
- Comfortable working with incomplete information
- Skilled at finding high‑quality, non‑obvious sources
