Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior GTM Engineer to build the systems, applications, and decisioning logic that power Iru’s next phase of growth.

This role reports to the Head of GTM Operations and sits at the intersection of Revenue, Systems, Data, and AI. You will design and ship high-impact GTM capabilities across pipeline generation, scoring and routing, workflow automation, internal tooling, and AI-powered revenue programs.

Iru sells a technical platform across Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise, with a growing partner ecosystem and an increasingly complex revenue motion across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. We need someone who can translate that complexity into software, automation, and scalable workflows that create leverage across the business.

This is not a systems administration role and it is not a campaign execution role. This is a technical builder role for someone who can move from an ambiguous revenue problem to a production-grade solution, whether that means a workflow, an internal application, a scoring model, or an AI-powered pipeline program.

The right person for this role brings both engineering depth and GTM judgment. You understand how revenue teams operate, and you know how to write code, design logic, connect systems, and ship solutions that materially improve pipeline creation, prioritization, forecasting, expansion, and execution.

What You’ll Do
  • Build net-new GTM capabilities across Hub Spot, Clay, Apollo, Orum, n8n, and adjacent systems using APIs, webhooks, automation layers, and custom code
  • Design and launch high-value pipeline generation programs driven by signals, enrichment, timing, intent, and AI-based research and decisioning
  • Build scoring, routing, prioritization, and handoff systems across leads, accounts, opportunities, partners, and customer lifecycle signals that improve precision and speed across the funnel
  • Create internal tools and lightweight applications that give AEs, SDRs, SEs, CSMs, and GTM leaders better visibility into account context, next-best actions, risk, and opportunity
  • Develop AI-powered workflows for research, personalization, meeting prep, follow-up, account planning, deal support, and expansion identification
  • Connect product, usage, security, compliance, and CRM data into GTM workflows that improve pipeline quality, deal prioritization, renewal visibility, and expansion execution
  • Build advanced models and logic that support segmentation, lifecycle management, territory design, capacity planning, and revenue prioritization
  • Identify high-friction, highly manual parts of the revenue engine and replace them with scalable systems, automation, or internal tools
  • Own technical architecture, QA, monitoring, documentation, and long-term maintainability for the systems, workflows, and internal products you ship
  • Advise on build-versus-buy decisions, with a bias toward durable solutions that create leverage for the business rather than one-off fixes
