As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Digital Transformation to modernize our systems, improve processes, and lead our digital evolution.

Role Summary

The Head of Digital Transformation will lead the company’s modernization initiatives across logistics, sales, finance & administration, customer management, and reporting systems. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through technology, implementing scalable digital tools, and creating data-driven business processes that support growth.

This position requires both strategic leadership and practical execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a small business environment where adaptability, collaboration, and hands-on involvement are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company’s digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Evaluate and improve current operational workflows across sourcing, inventory, logistics, finance, and sales.
  • Lead implementation and optimization of ERP, CRM, inventory management, and reporting systems.
  • Improve data visibility and business intelligence through dashboards and analytics.
  • Identify automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize technology investments and digital initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external technology vendors, consultants, and service providers.
  • Ensure cybersecurity best practices and data protection standards are maintained.
  • Support digital integration with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
  • Lead management initiatives and provide employee training on new systems and processes.
  • Establish KPIs and monitor the success of digital transformation projects.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience leading digital transformation, business systems, or operational technology initiatives.
  • Experience working in small to mid-sized businesses is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, CRM platforms, process automation, and business analytics.
  • Experience in import/export, food distribution, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from strategy through implementation.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience managing vendors and external technology partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of international trade operations and supply chain workflows.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse systems.
  • Experience with cloud-based business applications and data visualization tools.
  • Understanding of compliance, traceability, and operational reporting within the food industry.
  • Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving company.
