This role is pivotal in ensuring the security, efficiency, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure, primarily utilizing AWS and Azure platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of cloud operations, security protocols, and a proactive approach to managing and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

︎Cloud Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of cloud resources on AWS and Azure platforms.
Implement and manage cloud services, ensuring high availability and performance.
Security Operations:
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect cloud-based assets.
Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests.
Monitor cloud environments for security breaches and respond promptly to incidents.

Risk Management:

Ensure cloud operations comply with industry standards and regulations.
Manage risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align cloud operations with business objectives.
Prepare and present regular reports on cloud performance, security status, and incident responses.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

Approximately 7 years of experience in cloud operations and security, with a focus on AWS and Azure platforms.
Proven track record in managing and securing cloud infrastructures.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) are highly desirable.

Skills:

Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
