• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
• Familiarity with the Android developer ecosystem, Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality technologies, or spatial computing platforms.
• Understanding of computer vision, perception systems, or large language models (LLMs).
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with numerous stakeholders across different teams and organizations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority and build consensus among technical and non-technical teams.

Google's XR team is at the forefront of the next major leap – the convergence of AI and XR. This is more than just new devices – it's about reimagining how we interact with the world around us. We are building a future where lightweight XR devices like smart glasses and headsets pair with helpful AI to augment human intelligence, offering personalized, conversational, and contextually aware experiences.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $163,000‑$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
