Our AI and Data Strategy team focuses on transforming businesses through AI and data initiatives, creating scalable strategies, architecting talent capabilities, and forming valuable ecosystem partnerships.

As the AI Value Strategy Lead, you will:

• Craft a visionary strategy for AI and data-led business transformation.
• Cultivate client trust by advising on the integration of AI, GenAI, and data into essential business processes.
• Design a comprehensive AI and data strategy that leverages data assets and AI technologies for competitive edge and growth.
• Evaluate the maturity of organizational strategies regarding AI, data talent, operational models, and foundational data.
• Establish the building blocks for transitioning to an AI-first organization, including technology blueprints and future-ready models.
• Create business cases that outline investment opportunities and deliverable roadmaps aimed at maximizing revenue and reducing costs.
• Embed Responsible AI principles into strategic frameworks and foster a culture of innovation through strategic partnerships.
• Identify and align teams, processes, and technologies to deliver and operationalize AI solutions.
• Develop strategies for AI-first product offerings and explore paths for commercialization.

This role requires frequent travel, up to 80%, based on client needs.

• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 5 years in AI and Data Strategy, including experience in Enterprise Data Strategy, Value Case Development, and tech-driven transformations.
• A minimum of 5 years in high-value consulting or internal consulting roles.
• A minimum of 5 years leading projects and delivering on deadlines.
  
  A minimum of 5 years in large-scale global delivery.

• Master's degree in a relevant field

• Strong communication and program management abilities, both verbal and written.
• Independent and entrepreneurial mindset, with proven experience in client engagement and market activities.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and client relationship development.
• Capability to introduce innovative ideas into projects.
