• Lead teams and tackle key challenges faced by C‑suite executives in areas such as go‑to‑market strategies, AI integration, total enterprise transformation, and technology modernization. Create strategies for fast and scalable execution.
• Design organizational and technology-focused strategies, missions, objectives, and roadmaps for tech, semiconductor, and data center companies.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance effectiveness through advanced technology and process reengineering, including AI development tools and automation.
• Deliver actionable insights on product optimization, monetization strategies, and operational efficiency across functions and enterprises.
• Forge strong strategic partnerships with clients, ensuring trust and collaboration that extend beyond individual projects, positioning Accenture as a top advisor.
• Mentor aspiring strategists, accelerate their professional growth, and cultivate a high-performance team delivering outstanding results.
• Take a hands‑on approach in analysis and deliverable development while leading your team.
• Ensure all work products meet the highest standards of quality, coherence, and readiness for client presentation.
• Manage daily communication with client stakeholders, setting expectations and guiding internal teams.
• Travel as needed, with a possibility of up to 80% travel.

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of consulting experience in the High‑Tech sector or with start‑ups.

• An MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to influence and inspire senior leaders.
• A demonstrated record of handling complex, impactful client projects centered around AI.
• Hands‑on experience using generative AI, machine learning, or AI platforms to tackle real business challenges.
• Familiarity with visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau) and analytics tools (like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of AI development ecosystems or LLM‑based technologies is highly desirable.

Accenture offers a competitive compensation package that varies based on location, role, skillset, and experience level. The salary range for this role is $87,400 to $253,000 annually, depending on location.
