We are seeking an Associate Director, Solutions Management Lead within our Global Tech & Knowledge (GT&K) division. This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment between business teams and technology delivery while effectively managing the lifecycle of technological solutions.

• Collaborate with business teams and GT&K delivery teams to refine solution requirements, develop roadmaps, and streamline planning activities. Assist business teams in managing requests for new initiatives through established GT&K processes, ensuring they are updated on GT&K investments and strategic shifts for accurate future planning.
• Oversee and assist in the development and support of solutions, as well as ensure effective service delivery across global functions as required.
• Address and resolve challenges escalated by business teams, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolutions, and involve leadership when necessary.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to business teams regarding progress and challenges within the portfolio of activities, including financial tracking and support in annual budget planning.
• Manage the technical aspects of an existing portfolio of solutions through their lifecycle, liaising with business teams about requirements, development priorities, and support necessities.
• Work closely with Senior Solutions Management Leads, manage various Solution Management, Solution Architecture and Engineering leads, and collaborate with broader GT&K teams and external partners to fulfill business requirements.
• Uphold KPMG's values of integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability in supporting a respectful work environment.

• Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in IT, encompassing Business Analysis and Enterprise/Solution Architecture, with hands-on involvement in Solution development.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Computer Science); an MBA or other related master's degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience of at least ten years.
• Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with business teams and translating technology solutions to address business challenges.
• Familiarity with SDLC tools such as Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub, along with experience in project reporting tools like Microsoft Project.
• Broad knowledge of application and infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft platforms (Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS), automation tools like Service Now, reporting solutions such as Power BI, and enterprise applications like SAP and Salesforce.
• Solid experience in managing a small portfolio of applications.
