, helping organizations streamline operations and improve efficiency through automation. We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated systems across our infrastructure and workflows.
The Automation Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve reliability. The ideal candidate has experience with scripting, automation tools, and system integration across cloud and on-premises environments.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and scripts for IT and operational processes.
- Collaborate with development, Dev Ops, and platform teams to integrate automation into pipelines and infrastructure.
- Implement configuration management and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Monitor automation systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.
- Document automation workflows, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Evaluate new automation technologies and recommend improvements.
- Proven experience in IT or operational automation.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming (Python, Bash, Power Shell, or similar).
- Experience with configuration management and orchestration tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- On-site availability in Miami, FL.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and logging tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices in automation.
- Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
- On-site, full-time role in Miami, FL.
