ADP is hiring a Business Transformation Senior Manager for the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) Business Transformation Team. This role leads program management, change management and adoption of generative AI initiatives, working collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and functional areas to achieve results. There are no direct reports.
What you’ll doYou are an experienced management, technology or strategy consultant with the ability to define how best to leverage people, process, technology and data to achieve desired business results. You are passionate about artificial intelligence and technology and a highly driven initiative‑taker inspired by cross‑functional teamwork.
Typical day – Responsibilities- Lead and execute the end‑to‑end program management for generative AI initiatives, focusing on change & adoption, data & value analysis, and tech adoption.
- Coach, upskill and guide Senior Consultants and Business Analysts through the Business Transformation project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for generative AI, support prioritization and adoption.
- Drive organizational readiness, creating communications and trainings to prepare teams, and identify & track key success metrics.
- Collaborate with product, operations and the business on generative AI projects to streamline ways of working, create clear communications and drive successful deployments.
- Develop and manage a strategy independently, seeing it through design, build and execution.
- Apply change management, org design and business process methodology to design and roll out programs for the organization’s most strategic projects.
- Establish frameworks, define opportunities, drive awareness and guide team members to realize these opportunities.
- Create road‑maps and plans for pilots and releases.
- Be a change catalyst capable of aligning strategy, people, process and technology.
- Perform assessments to develop insights and action plans for best‑in‑class performance.
- Understand the big picture and connect all the dots with little guidance.
- Be a servant leader and maintain a team mindset.
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a quantitative business‑related capacity such as management consulting, product management or strategy.
- Deep experience in strategic change management methodologies: leader alignment, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment (tech and business process), communications creation, training, change measurement and adoption tracking, survey development and data storytelling.
- Deep experience in business case development, prioritization and strategic technology adoption/implementation.
- Technical training strategy development and execution.
- Proactive self‑starter requiring minimal guidance and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solver who recommends and implements practical solutions while collaborating directly with stakeholders to drive business and technical improvements.
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders, present to senior stakeholders and lead change.
- Willingness to operate with ambiguity and read between the lines.
- Focused on associate experience, operational excellence and efficiencies.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive with strong project management skills.
- Keeps up to date with the latest AI trends.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills – creating executive‑friendly presentations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills – pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, tying analysis back to a business case or results.
- Advanced data‑analysis skills, using data to create meaningful insights.
- Understanding of generative AI technology and best practices for driving adoption.
