VP of Product – Terrific
Location:
Tel Aviv, Israel. Full-time, On-site/Hybrid.
Terrific is redefining how brands sell and engage. Our live social commerce platform blends interactive video, AI‑driven personalization, and data‑rich analytics to turn audiences into communities and moments into measurable sales. We power campaigns for global brands, retailers, and media giants across Latin America, Europe, and Israel, delivering real‑time insight and revenue impact at scale.
The RoleThe VP of Product is accountable for the vision, strategy, and execution of the entire Terrific product. You’ll lead and grow a team of product managers, partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales, and report directly to the CTO. You will own how we serve both sides of our B2B2C market – enterprise brands and broadcasters who deploy Terrific, and the consumers who shop, watch, and engage on it – across multiple regions and languages.
WhatYou’ll Do Strategy & Vision
- Own the product roadmap for Terrific’s live social commerce platform, aligning it with company strategy and revenue goals.
- Define and evolve our positioning across live shoppable video, AI personalization, and real‑time analytics – and make sharp bets about where to invest.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on pricing, packaging, go‑to‑market, and M&A/partnership decisions.
- Build, coach, and scale a world‑class product management team; set the bar for craft, outcomes, and velocity.
- Establish the rituals, frameworks, and operating cadence (OKRs, roadmap reviews, discovery, launches) that keep product, engineering, and design tightly aligned in a fast‑paced delivery environment.
- Be a visible product leader internally and externally – with customers, partners, investors, and the market.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for enterprise customers (retailers, brands, broadcasters, media groups) and for their end consumers – balancing the needs of both sides of the marketplace.
- Own core platform areas: live shopping experiences, creator/presenter tools, audience engagement, commerce integrations, and analytics.
- Engage directly with strategic customers to sell the vision, pressure‑test ideas, and bring real problems back into the roadmap.
- Champion an AI‑first product culture: drive how AI personalization, recommendations, content generation, and automation show up across the platform.
- Make data‑led decisions the default – instrument everything, set success metrics before launch, and kill or double‑down based on evidence.
- Design, run, and interpret A/B tests at scale to move conversion, engagement, retention, and LTV.
- Balance long‑horizon strategic bets with the short‑cycle delivery needed to win in a fast‑moving market.
- Partner with Engineering on scale, performance, and reliability of a 24/7 live platform used by global brands.
- Translate ambiguous business goals into crisp product requirements, success metrics, and release plans.
- 10+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading product managers; prior VP or Head of Product experience at a high‑growth company is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record owning product strategy and P&L‑impacting outcomes in e‑commerce, social commerce, SaaS, marketplace, or media/creator platforms.
- Deep B2B2C experience – you understand the dynamics of serving enterprise buyers while obsessing over the end‑consumer experience.
- Experience operating at international scale, with brands and consumers across multiple regions (Lat Am, Europe, and/or Israel is a strong plus).
- Strong analytical mindset: fluent in funnels, cohorts, experimentation, and data‑led prioritization.
- Hands‑on experience shipping AI‑powered product experiences (personalization, recommendations, generative features, or similar).
- Executive‑grade communicator: can pitch to a CEO, a Fortune 500 CMO, a designer, and an engineer – and adjust in real time.
- Bias to action, product taste, and comfort with ambiguity. Startup and/or scale‑up experience is a strong plus.
- Required:
deep experience in at least one of Terrific’s three commercial pillars – eCommerce, Marketing, or Media – and enough fluency across the other two to contribute credibly from day 1.
- Executive ownership of the product that defines the future of live, shoppable media.
- A seat at the leadership table, and real influence on company strategy.
- A global customer base of top brands, retailers, broadcasters, and media groups.
- A high‑talent, high‑velocity team where product, engineering, design, and data ship together.
