We’re partnering with a national distributor of electronics and hospitality equipment serving hotels, ownership groups, and multi-unit operators across the U.S.
With 40+ years in business and $70M+ in revenue, the company is entering a major growth phase — investing heavily in infrastructure, AI adoption, and revenue optimization.
The AI Analyst will sit behind the revenue engine, helping sales and operations teams move faster, improve efficiency, and drive smarter decision-making through data, automation, and AI tools.
What You’ll Do:- Optimize pipeline management and revenue workflows
- Improve lead quality and sales process efficiency
- Analyze pipeline data, conversion trends, and bottlenecks
- Support AI-driven process improvements using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity
- Partner cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
- Help streamline deal flow and accelerate close rates
- Support go-to-market and revenue strategy initiatives
- 2–5 years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Business Ops, or related analytical roles
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
- Process-oriented mindset with strong execution ability
- Interest or experience using AI tools and workflow automation
