Sr. Analyst, Data Product Management at Univision Communications, Inc. Miami, FL.
OverviewTelevisa Univision is the leading Spanish‑language media company. As a Senior Analyst, you will support the Analytics Data Platforms and Business Intelligence tools that power the AVOD and SVOD streaming businesses, enabling self‑service analytics and empowering teams across Product, User Experience, Marketing, and more with actionable insights.
Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of how data is collected, transformed, and reported across mobile, web, and CTV platforms.
- Design, refine, and democratize key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of AVOD and SVOD streaming models.
- Monitor and analyze user engagement data to identify opportunities that enhance the product experience.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prioritize and validate data tagging and collection efforts.
- Build clear, story‑driven visualizations that track product performance, user engagement, and test outcomes.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to analyze updates, experiments, and optimizations—and turn findings into actionable insights.
- Work cross‑functionally to define a consistent metrics framework that aligns analytics efforts across the organization.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to shape product roadmaps and delivery timelines.
- Align with other analytics teams (Marketing, Content, Strategy) to create a unified, scalable BI capability.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. - 3‑5+ years of experience in the Media, Streaming, or Gaming industry in an analytical or data product focused role.
- Strong SQL experience (Big Query, AWS, SQL Server or similar) and product analytics tools (Statsig, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics or similar), plus Microsoft Excel.
- Nice to have:
Data visualization software (Looker, Tableau, Domo or similar), CDP (Segment or similar). - Strong understanding of key product engagement drivers in AVOD and SVOD streaming services.
- Experience designing and evaluating product‑specific A/B tests.
- Skilled in creating clear, insightful visualizations and presentations to communicate data‑driven findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a desire for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

CompensationThe annual base salary range for this position is $64,575 to $88,825. For positions based in New York City or Los Angeles, and for candidates residing in those jurisdictions, the base salary range is $67,650 to $88,800, in accordance with local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on geographic location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
