Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in custom application development and integration, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript).
- Expertise in integration techniques (e.g., RESTful APIs, SOAP, ETL, message queues).
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as SAP.
- Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, No
SQL). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and related integration services.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with SAP BTP and related integration tools.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of application and integration security best practices.
- Understanding data governance and data quality management.
