Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY
The Hotel Revenue & Optimization Analyst supports fleetwide onboard revenue performance by delivering analytics, reporting, and decision support that translate revenue strategy into measurable actions. This role partners across Hotel Operations, Finance, Business Intelligence, and shipboard teams to monitor performance, evaluate pricing and engagement initiatives, and enable data driven improvements. The position plays a key role in optimizing guest satisfaction and onboard revenue through disciplined testing, insights, and operational support aligned with NCLH's commitment to innovation, collaboration, transparency, and passion.
POSITIONRESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, maintain, and deliver recurring voyage level and fleetwide reporting to track performance, trends, and risks across hotel revenue centers.
- Produce weekly and monthly insights for leadership, highlighting key drivers, variances, leading indicators, and recommended actions.
- Support the design, refinement, and governance of key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks and standardized scorecards in partnership with Finance and Business Intelligence
- Provide analytical and documentation support for pricing and yield tests, including test design tracking, results analysis, and return on investment evaluation.
- Maintain a centralized test and learn repository to improve repeatability, knowledge sharing, and speed to decision making.
- Support onboard marketing and guest facing communications by performing accuracy checks, version control, and performance analysis tied to revenue programs.
- Analyze guest engagement and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities that improve Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS) while driving incremental revenue.
- Support revenue controls, inventory integrity, and audit readiness through reporting, documentation, and monitoring of standard operating procedure adherence.
- Provide analytical and execution support for Hotel Operations Optimization initiatives, including digital guest engagement tools, survey programs, automation pilots, cabin technology deployments, and incentive or performance programs.

DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Hospitality Management, or a related field
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics, revenue management, operations analysis, or a related role. Experience in hospitality, travel, or cruise line environments preferred. Experience supporting reporting, performance measurement, or testing frameworks strongly preferred.
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis tools
- Understanding of revenue operations, pricing concepts, and performance metrics.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights to varied stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast paced, cross functional environment.
- Ability to collaborate across corporate and shipboard teams and manage multiple priorities.
