We are looking for a UX-focused professional to lead design and scope management for a knowledge base project. This role is critical in ensuring clarity of requirements, usability excellence, and maintaining development focus throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Design intuitive and user-friendly UX for a knowledge base platform
- Define and manage project scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Translate requirements into clear design specifications and workflows
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to keep development focused and efficient
- Identify and prioritize features to support timely delivery
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability considerations
- Proven experience in UX design, preferably for web or knowledge-based systems
- Strong ability to define scope, structure requirements, and manage deliverables
- Proficiency with UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance usability, functionality, and delivery timelines
