Oracle HCM Benefits Lead & HCM Oracle Compensation Lead
Location:
Miami, FL - HYBRID

Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Benefits & Compensation and modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, total rewards, and IT teams to gather and translate functional requirements into scalable solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
- Lead implementation efforts, including data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides.
- Train end-users and stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and internal policies.
- Proven experience with Oracle Benefits & Compensation modules.
- Strong understanding of union rules and timekeeping complexities in unionized environments.
- Experience working in or supporting the construction industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM or related modules.
- Experience with integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.
- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment
