We are seeking a skilled Digital & IT Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems and business process management, with the ability to analyze, design, and improve business processes within the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translating them into system solutions, and ensuring that business processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Functions
  • Leads directly, or co‑leads, complex and/or global digital and IT project tasks delivering business results that meet deadlines.
  • Provides guidance to project resources within and across multiple teams as needed.
  • Analyzes and documents existing business processes and workflows within SAP and legacy ERP modules.
  • Identifies areas for improvement and recommends solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to gather and document business requirements that align with business objectives.
  • Participates in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post‑implementation support.
  • Ensures that SAP modules are aligned with business processes and best practices.
  • Acts as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure that SAP and legacy ERP solutions are fine‑tuned and meet business needs.
  • Acts as point of contact assisting with most communications and project expectations with third‑party IT and service vendors.
  • Facilitates workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
  • Communicates effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Provides ongoing support and guidance to users to ensure effective use of SAP and legacy ERP systems.
  • Develops training materials and conducts training sessions for end‑users on newly deployed system features.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to SAP processes and functionalities.
  • Available for travel and after‑hours technical support as needed.
  • Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of SAP and legacy ERP solutions and business processes.
  • Stays current with techno‑functional ERP updates, enhancements, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
  • Leads initiatives to implement best practices and improve overall business performance.
  • Maintains comprehensive documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
  • Prepares reports and presentations for management on project progress, process improvements, and system performance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related area.
  • At least 3–5 years of related IT experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of SAP core modules (FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, WM, etc.).
  • U.S. citizenship required to meet export compliance and U.S. Government contracting eligibility requirements.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule Competitive Compensation
  • Pay range: $100,300 to $166,900 annually.
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program.
