Senior Solutions Engineer - Technical Pre Sales.Permanent Position Base Salary Approx. $150,000 - $160,000 W2
Overview:
The successful candidate will operate as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders while coordinating closely with our client's sales, engineering, operations, and executive leadership.
You will lead platform demonstrations, support proof-of-concept activities, help define technical solution value, and manage customer technical projects from planning through deployment, upgrades, and steady-state operational support.
The ideal candidate is a senior customer-facing technologist who can move comfortably between executive conversations, technical architecture discussions, hands-on deployment planning, and project coordination. This person should be credible with enterprise infrastructure teams, organized enough to drive complex customer activities, and commercially aware enough to support strategic account expansion.
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, Infrastructure Architecture, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or related enterprise customer-facing roles.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, virtualization, hyperconverged infrastructure, enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, and containerized environments.
- Experience managing enterprise customer engagements, deployments, upgrades, technical projects, and cross-functional implementation activities.
- Demonstrated ability to present technical solutions to executives, architects, engineering teams, operations teams, and customer decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, customer relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving accountability.
- Ability to travel extensively across Miami, Juno Beach, and West Palm Beach customer locations.
- Experience supporting utility, energy, critical infrastructure, or large-scale enterprise customers.
- Experience with enterprise platform demonstrations, proof-of-concept planning, and value-based solution selling.
- Familiarity with GE Grid applications or similar mission-critical operational technology environments.
- Experience leading service delivery coordination or supervising customer service / technical support resources.
- Background with hybrid cloud, storage, networking, Kubernetes operations, and enterprise application modernization.
