Overview:

Client is looking for an experienced End-to-End Testing Analyst to lead comprehensive testing efforts for enterprise systems, particularly Salesforce and Oracle-related platforms. This role ensures the quality, functionality, and performance of critical business applications.

• Test Planning and Execution;
  End-to-End Testing;
  Defect Management;
  Test Data Management;
  Performance Testing;
  Documentation
• Plan and execute functional, integration, system, and regression testing
• Manage and track defects using industry-standard tools
• Create and maintain test data and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business workflows
• Conduct performance testing and contribute to automation strategies
• Ensure the quality and functionality of applications by conducting comprehensive testing, including functional, integration, and system testing, with a focus on Salesforce and Oracle-related systems.

Must-Have

Skills:

• Deep experience in end-to-end testing for Salesforce and Oracle applications
• Strong SQL skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and Oracle DB
• Experience using test management and defect tracking tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Exposure to test automation frameworks (bonus)

Functional:

Proven experience in end-to-end testing, with a strong focus on Salesforce and Oracle applications.

Technical:

Proficiency in SQL, Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), and Oracle databases.

Operational:

• Testing Methodologies:
  Knowledge of various testing methodologies, including functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Defect Management:
  Experience using defect tracking tools and managing defect life cycles.
• Communication:
  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Problem-Solving:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Automation:
  Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (a plus).
